As part of SB ACT’s mission to “to equip the community to lovingly engage the marginalized,” we have observed the need to help develop, incubate, strategize and/or launch other community led groups and grassroots organizations in order for them to strengthen their capacity and reach more people.
This venture consists of working alongside community efforts, agencies, and nonprofits to provide fiscal management, administrative support, and/or strategic consulting services. This includes a thoughtful and deliberate process to understand the strengths and weakness of the organization, where the organization can best position itself for long term financial sustainability, and where the expertise and knowledge of SB ACT can help achieve short-term and long-term goals.
We find that many small to medium-sized organizations face a myriad of challenges from seeking funds from new sources, strategizing how and when to expand, transitioning from passionate on-the ground providers to a healthy, sustainable organization, and incorporating industry best practices. From our humble beginnings of sharing homemade spaghetti in a local park, to overcoming the struggles of starting a nonprofit, and now developing an infrastructure to support our current growing budget, SB ACT is well positioned to come alongside and meet the needs of your organization for success.
