Rich Sander

Executive Director

Rich came to Santa Barbara to attend UCSB, where he studied religious studies.

As the Executive Director of SB ACT, Rich is in charge of overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plan, as well as fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. His deepest ambition is that he would learn to love, and love well.

Landon Ranck

He/Him

Operations Manager

Landon is a Santa Barbara native who is thrilled to get to be involved in the betterment of his hometown through collaboration. He began work with SB ACT in 2012 with the Westside programs, and has since transitioned to become the Operations Manager. In his current role, Landon runs the operations for SB ACT's collaboratives and day-to-day functioning, including grantwriting, budgeting, volunteer coordination, communications, and everything in-between.

Eric Meyer

He/Him

Program Coordinator

Eric brings 20+ years of public and private sector community development experience to the SB ACT team. A Peace Corps volunteer, he earned a M.S. in Public Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon University, continuing on to city administration. Most recently, he owned a small neighborhood business. As Program Coordinator, Eric runs neighborhood navigation centers as one-stop shops to provide support, such as housing and mental health services.

Kai Tilley

Program Administrator

Kai was born and raised in Santa Maria and has lived as a local to Santa Barbara for the last decade. He graduated from UCSB with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and from Pacifica Graduate Institute with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology. He actively participates in Santa Barbara’s diverse community, determined to make a difference in the lives of underserved populations. With a background in serving people with disabilities, and providing therapy to teenagers, Kai desires to be of service to others. As the Program Administrator, Kai supports SB ACT’s collaborative initiatives, provides general operational support for the organization, and assists in working with community partners.

Leticia Trujillo

She/Her

Assistant Program Coordinator

Leticia is a proud first-generation college graduate, earning her bachelor’s degree from Biola University and a Master of Divinity from Boston University. Her past work experience with nonprofit organizations prepared her for the opportunity to work alongside unhoused populations in the Santa Barbara area. In particular, she is passionate about supporting undocumented folks and survivors of sexual assault. Outside work, you can find her preparing for her next art project or heading to the beach. As the Assistant Program Coordinator, Leticia is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Daytime Navigation Center. She is proud to serve the Santa Barbara community.
