We're so sad to announce that Kati Paye is no longer with Uffizi. She closed up the Street Youth Outreach program after 2 years of hard work with Uffizi, and is now pursuing work at Noah's Anchorage Youth Crisis Shelter. She wrote the following:
In the past two years, I’ve gained irreplaceable experience, education, and relationships through Uffizi Order. My time here has better fueled and equipped me to move forward in my journey both professionally and spiritually. That being said, it is time to end this season with Uffizi and prepare the soil for new growth. To all of you who have supported the vision and the work I’ve been up to these past two years, I want to thank you wholeheartedly. It was the many words of encouragement, prayers, financial support, listening ears, and willingness to learn with me that made this work possible! Honestly, thank you very much. I will hold on dearly to the gifts of people’s stories and the lessons of humanity in the daily practice of paying attention. We are all in the work of doing what we can to care for others and ourselves, and I look forward to keeping in touch about the many ways we continue to discover the people and places around us.
Thank you again for your incredible support. I am forever grateful!
We'll miss you, Kati!
